In January 2000, the California State Senate adopted a bill requiring Legal Document Assistants to be registered and bonded. The bill also included an education and experience requirement.

I have met these requirements. I am registered and bonded in Sacramento County, and can assist anywhere in the state of California.

I was a licensed Real Estate Broker for over twenty years; I have been a Notary Public since 1995.
I have been a loan document signer since 1996, and have completed thousands of loan document signings.

I am am active member of CALDA, The California Association of Legal Document Assistants.
